Our Satisfaction Guarantie

Our customer may return any product within two weeks after arrival in the condition in which delivered against a full refund of the product's price (not shipping) or replacement of the product.

Although we value critical comments about our products or service, it is not necessary to state a reason for the return.

We have made it a habit to contact our Internet customers approximately six months after their order, to see if they are still satisfied. In many years of Internet sales, we have yet to have a negative comment.

It creates an actual micro-climate, that is, it keeps her just so warn that she feels comfortable. Also the statement, that alpaca wool is very easy to care for, is 100% correct. November 6, 2009: hi, mr Smith! We just came back from a beautiful island vacation, back from Madeira, where your hemp shirt was appreciated by my better half - as pfiffy, light, 'over-jacket'. It looks tiddy yet sallop and is, also with extended use "in good form"! The handling in internet was very o.k. and we are allround satisfied: good price, stiley shirt!
